Well I guess it depends on the brand, but i used a pretty expensive one which i bought at a salon store.(I forget the name) Garnier Fructese is pretty good and cheap.....it like has its own shelf in target, cvs, etc... It's sooo popular, EVERYONE uses it! But If you want some good Shampoo/Conditoner use "GOLDWELL" It's a salon brand and pretty pricey, & if u don't have the money now just stick with Garnier, Or Herbal Essence( but i havnt tried Herbal) Oh, and you should ALWAYS use a heat protectant, either spray or cream, Tresemme make awesome heat protectors for like 4 bucks in target!!
