Of course the docs recommend pseudoephedrine but I’d prefer a homeopathic or herbal capsule. Most of the health food store options are for sinus pain not for drain. Any thoughts?

1.In cases of acute sinusitis, the therapeutic goals are to reestablish drainage and clear up the infection. Various measures can be used: local application of heat, local use of volatile oils and botanicals with antibacterial properties, and immune system support.
2.Since chronic sinusitis is associated with allergy, long-term control can be dependent on isolation and elimination of the food or airborne allergens which may be contributing to the overall allergic load and correction of the underlying problem which allowed the allergy to develop. This may require desensitization procedures. During the acute phase, elimination of the common food allergens (milk, wheat, eggs, citrus, corn, peanuts) is indicated until a more definitive diagnosis can be made.
Recommendations –
Place warm compresses on your face to help open up your sinuses.
Consider using a sinus irrigator, a device found in health-food stores and pharmacies, that uses saltwater to flush out mucus.
Reduce congestion by inhaling eucalyptus-scented steam. Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a pan of water. Heat to boiling and remove from the stove. Place a towel over your head and the pan and breathe in the steam through both nostrils. Blow your nose frequently.
Though there have been no major scientific studies conducted to support this theory, some experts believe spicy foods, such as horseradish, Japanese wasabi, garlic, or cayenne pepper, may help clear out congested sinuses.

Owner manuals have always been freely available from bookshops and dealerships, as well as on the Internet, but the major problem has been that they tend to be pretty expensive. A new site that permits you to download them free of charge, however, means that you really don’t need to worry about the cost (which can often be as much as it costs to get a fault repaired, depending on the car you have). Great summary. This concept cries out further investigation. More interested parties must raise their hands and be involved. Cheers
I’m impressed! It’s nice to see someone very passionate about what they do. Trust all your future posts turn out as well. Thanks!
Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
Wonderful to read!
