I have 3.5 fractures to my pelvis all stable. Currently I’m on a steady diet of gabapentin, celebrex, & oxcycodone. I have been on the 3 for over 2wks now & will likely be for a considerable time to come. I have been advised that at a minimum I’ll be on bed rest for 6wks.
Right now the drug combination is assisting with the pain but causing me to feel really weird & I’d like some advice on dietary ways that I can help rejuvenate my body & keep my system strong.
I don’t have very strong knowledge in this ‘holistic’ area approach & am seeking wisdom on non-intrusive ways to help my body help itself.
Any food groups, recipes, etc are all welcome.
+ I’m also looking for alternative medicine approaches to heal my body once the initial 2 months are cleared & I have my GP tell me I’m on a good road to solid bone fusion.

Suggestions are most welcome!
