Cool web. Maybe you should try to monetize it with
http://tiny.cc/05mrc
They do have 40 days cookie duration and they pay 10-15% commisions. They'll match ads based on search query of your visitors and display relevant ads on you blog.
Example:
1.
this is site without search engine referer and you can still set up adsense on it, as fall back option
<a href="http://allstylefashion.co.cc/2010/04/air-jordan-retro-11s-space-jams-brand-new-size-6-for-sale-revere-ma-0215-140/" rel="nofollow">Example1 with no adsense or banners yet:)</a>
2.
same site, but with some visitor coming from google and searching for "air jordan"
<a href="http://allstylefashion.co.cc/2010/04/air-jordan-retro-11s-space-jams-brand-new-size-6-for-sale-revere-ma-0215-140/#prosperent_query=air jordan" rel="nofollow">Example2 with Air jordan search string</a>
You might hit reload on this site, if ads are not displaying.
I hope that you see now where this is going:)
Now compare this to adsense, ebay, amazon or any other affiliate programs out there.
Note: if you are creating affiliate blogs only for yourself, to keep looking at your own ads, than no bother....

Muscle spasms/cramps are invariably linked to an electrolyte imbalance, the electrolytes being: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. So an imbalance in any one or more of these could cause muscles to spasm or cramp. Magnesium in particular has been shown to help relieve cramps and spasms, and calcium has been used with some success also.

The best thing for you to try apart from eating bananas for potassium (they are rich in this electrolyte, as is apple cider vinegar) is a calcium/magnesium combination tablet (2:1 ratio). This could be in the form of natural dolomite or another more easily digestible form, such as the citrate if you can find this.

Dolomite is generally fairly cheap to purchase. Apart from this you could try a small amount of epsom salts dissolved in water first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Epsom salts in the bath can also help. Epsom salts is a cheap form of magnesium (magnesium sulphate) obtainable from the pharmacy and the sulphate compenent of the salts is also good for health - for the skin and hair and also for the joints if there is any arthritic pain or stiffness.

In a clinical study, 500 mg of magnesium gluconate relieved muscle spasms (within a few days) in an adult female tennis player who was complaining about having muscle spasms associated with prolonged outdoor exercise --- see the article:
'Magnesium: The Multi-Purpose Mineral'
http://www.thinkmuscle.com/articles/jalali/magnesium.htm
Plus also read this brief abstract:
'Randomised, cross-over, placebo controlled trial of magnesium citrate in the treatment of chronic persistent leg cramps.'
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=pubmed&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=12011773&ordinalpos=9&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum

Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
