I have been trying to lose weight, and have been exercising and eating healthy for a month now. The results are finally showing. How many calories should I cut down in order to lose weight and what are other alternatives while I wait for my ankle to heal? I am so distressed about this, please help!!


Yoga or Pilates (which was invented as a way for injured people to exercise on their sickbed) will help you maintain muscle mass. Or maybe in the meantime you can try to gain some flexibility which is always a good thing. Get better soon and do your best not to comfort eat.
